3.0VZE issue ! Please Help !

So I'm having an issue with my 93 pickup. I just recently had the motor rebuilt, it has about 1000 miles on the rebuild. For the first month, the truck ran great, but about a week and a half ago, the truck starting loosing power upon acceleration, until the tach get to around 4000rpm and then it opens back up and accelerates. Its like its loading up on fuel. The specs are 3.0VZE engine, LCE Headers and Crossover, the Grey Topped Flamethrower Injectors, Iridium plugs, all plugs and wires, as well as distributor cap and rotor are all new. I also cleaned the throttle body when i put the motor back in

The only issue i see it has is that the Blue Vacuum Valve ( AS VSV ) is leaking, but its been like that since i put the motor back in. Also, my 4wd light is staying on, its been like that for about 2-3 weeks as well. No check engine lights are on or anything of that nature.

Any tips are appreciated.

I would take it back to the place that rebuilt it. Does it have a warranty? Are the gears slipping at all? Transmission ok?

Have you checked the ignition timing? Requires a $20 tool (timing light), which you should have anyway.
