3.0 rebuild parts list

So I'm thinking of rebuilding the old 3.d'oh this fall, and I'm just wondering what you guys think I should replace while I'm in there. Obviously water pump, and probably the oil pump as well, but what other things have you found that are worthwhile to do?

I really don't want to get into that much work, as much as it may be worth it. If I was going to do it, I'd say, drop in an old chev 350 and get myself some better gas mileage.

Yeah, I just did the timing belt last fall when I did the HGs, but I did a haphazard job just to get er on the road again. So I'm looking at taking it apart again and doing it right while I have some holidays THIS fall.
