if you leave your TPS disconnected, your mileage is going to be bad and your check engine light is going to be on....check the ohms on your tps to see if you need to adjusted or replace it....i'm having the same problem with my tps, thats why I couldnt pass my smog test...

is there a way to keep all of the coolant from pouring out of those hoses attached to the throttle body?or a way to do it on the truck so that i dont have to fool with those

Hey guys, i am in the process of checking my tps. When i do the resistance check they all seem to be within standard. Accept from terminal IDL-E2 isn't even getting a reading. could this mean i need a new tps?
