Exclamation 3.0 Front Driver Side Cam Seal Leaking. NEED HELP!

So I have a 1993 Toyota Xtracab PU SR5, with a 3.0 (3vze) 5 speed 4wd. I just replaced my valve cover gaskets and plenum gasket last week, soon after my front driver side cam seal started leaking. I've done a lot of reading on here and googling and come up with dead ends. I can't afford to put it in the shop and I prefer doing my own mechanic work. So I have a few questions will I need to remove the valve cover and cam to access the cam seal? Or can I just take it all off from the front? I already have my timing cover off and confirmed it is the cam seal, does any one have a video walk through or a how to do thread or any input to help? I really appreciate all help since this is my daily driver and I currently can't drive it cause it's leaking so dang bad.

For god's sake, can you edit your post to remove the "shouting" font?

find a half inch impact with the correct socket, pop of the cam gear, i used a pick to pull out old seal, lightly tap in new seal, get seals for both sides and go ahead and get a new crank seal while your in there, get a new timing belt, water pump and tensioner spring while your doing it, theres a complete write up in this site for doing a timing belt, which is what your basically going to have to do in order to get to the seals anyways so you might aswell knock out it all while your in there, my 3/8 impact wasn't strong enough to get the bolt out of the cam gears, needed a 1/2 impact to get them loose, hope this helps
