3.0 engine replacement...no start

So we got the motor in and all buttoned up, pre-oiled and such. Made sure we had fuel pressure, went to fire it up and it sounded like it had no compression, could it be flooded? thanks in advance.

well my buddy called me up today and said that he removed the distributor, turned the crank and installed the distributor back it so it was 180 from the original location. He turned it over and it popped out of the intake manifold...wtf.

NICE.
I love it when some "big" problem turns into something so simple.
