Trade my 92 Runner for an 86 Turbo Pickup?

Alright, I need some thoughts:
I have: 92 4Runner, 3VZE, 5-spd, 195K miles, OME suspention. And is fairly rust free except for the tailgate.

I have been offered a trade for:
86 Pickup w/ 22RTE, auto, 200K miles. stock + some cash(yet to be determined). It has rusty front fenders, and needs some work to the box.

I originally wanted a pickup(and still do), and it will be better for my hobbies than my runner. Both interiors are about on par, and they both have power everything.

Anyone have any thoughts? Also, I was/am selling the 4Runner, asking $5K(cdn), so how much cash on top of the pick up do you think would be fair?

I also have some questions about the 22RTE

Now here's the question(s): how long do the Turbo's normally last, and how much/difficult are they to replace? Also, can you instal an aftermarket cam without problems(probably a TRD)?

Finally, I havn't seem to be able to nail down an exact answer: what gears would it have?

thanks

22rte is a great motor.. Unless it's had a new turbo recently and some engine work, it's probably on it's last leg..
It's expensive to fix correctly.

Its really hard to find a 22RTE with a manual, Very rare indeed.
You can toss a new or use t3/t4 on there and do really well with a S2 cam.
The 22RTE has 4.30 gears normaly

I dont know about a trade, I would keep the 92 runner and drop the 22RTE and ECU in it.
