Thumbs up 22re turbo project

doing a turbo on a 1990 pickup with a 22re. was wondering if anyone else has done this. running out of fuel on boost. upgraded fuel pump and added FMU for fuel. but it did little. anyone? right now i can run around 2-3 pounds of boost pretty safely. around 5 is no good. drops dead lean

did you try modifying the MAF sensor to give it more fuel? are you still using stock injectors?

stock injectors. thinking about a fifth injector kit into the throttle body for fuel. maybe that'll work. was just wondering what other people have done

how much boost?

stock ECU can compensate for about 3-5 PSI boost.
