This was my initial feeling about your situation as well. Seemed like you put in minimal effort to resolve the situation. If it were my money you can believe I would be spamming their inbox/voicemail until the situation was resolved.

They were very responsive to all emails at first, but when it came down to actually replacing the cold start injector all I got was crickets. That's the same crap Ebay sellers, and other sellers do. Give them the old silent treatment, and they will go away.

I could have done a charge back very easily with my bank, but at the time I figured they would be honest about it, and send it when they got another cold start injector in stock. I had completely forgotten about it, and then this thread jogged my memory. I post what happened, and get stabbed at left and right, and then accused of not trying to make an effort to get a replacement which I did make an effort.

Some of you guys can't read, or have 22RE Performance stuck up your ass so far that anything negative about them is ignored. Telling the truth about what happened just opened the flood gate of criticism. I made an effort to get the problem resolved, but all I heard was the sound of silence. It does not bode well. The f.u.c.k.i.n.g end.
^^^^ This entire post screams TROLL.

^^ Yes... almost. Steps were taken to resolve the problem.

Although steps were taken, they were not explained well, which gives off an impression of a half-hearted attempt, whether is was or not.

Snippits, I did read your later posts.

Please re-read my last post. I was referring about your lack of details in your original post. Clear, thoughtful explanations, as well and the willingness to come to terms with a seller up front will pretty much get rid of the "troll" appearance.

Please, take a minute to re-read your original post. To someone who has no prior knowledge on your situation, and has nothing but positive experiences, your original post does not provide enough details to make you sound credible. Why am I talking about the original post so much? It was the first impression you gave us on your situation, and it really did not give off the impression that you did things right, which started this conversation.

I am not saying your experience is invalid, but we can only go off of what you post.

Have you called them? Why did you wait so long?

Also, circumventing the foul language censor is a big forum no no!

get used to it, or don't let it bother you.

i'm the same way about witchhunter; a crappy, unsatisfactory experience, yet most here love them. i don't. yet i could have avoided it; WH does not warranty their fuel injector work, and i should have gone elsewhere at the very outset. eventually i went with a local shop that provided a warranty; i've had three trouble-free years since, instead of two failures within a month.
