Guys
The time has come to start a thread on my 79 yota. I am getting ready to tear the truck down and convert the leaf spring suspension to coilovers. 4 link for the rear and a 3 link for the front.
Engine is coming out and getting replaced with a 2JZ Twin turbo. Purchased all my suspension components from Mayhem Metal Works and looks pretty straight forward.

Where are you getting the motor from? Definitely keep us updated on your progress. That would have a nice powerband with the motor to weight ratio.

 

Seriously would be sweet with a twin turbo in there! Love the 2JZ idea
