Rear End Swap Ideas

I'm thinking of a swap as the best solution for two things:

- highway gears
- disc brakes

THIRD OR FOURTH GEN REAR END TO 2ND GEN T4R

What year of rear end can I use that'll assist me with both of the above?

I drive 120 miles a day round trip with a motor at 328,000 miles. I'd like to get those RPMS down a bit at 75 - 80 MPH (California of course).

Also want disc brakes for better stopping power (California again) and I am running a bigger tire which isn't good for braking already.

New shocks and springs already installed since the pic below as well as bushings at all points replaced.

Some modification is okay to make this work. =)

Don't forget you will need matching gears up front.
