22re motor shaking

ok guys for the past 3 months ive been having idle problems with my truck, wen the truck is at idle it sounds like it running on 3 cylinders but wen i give it gas it sounds normal, the motor shakes real bad and it has a code 25 wich is running lean. ive preplaced plugs, plug wires, cap, rotor button and vacum lines. i dont know what else to do. could the o2 make it run like this or is it and injector?

o by the way the head was replaced about 9 months ago, mods are in my sig and hers the old video wen it first started running bad and it has goten worse.

bad motor mounts, 02 sensor? What kind of gas mileage are you getting? Plus with the cam it will make the motor idle a little more rough anyway right?

Ok from the first vid i can already tell it was miss firing..... hope you adjusted the valves hot..... where did you get the head from? Exhaust leaks? Vac leaks? Intake manifold leaks? Valves staying open.... compression would tell alot....

yes i adjusted the valves hot, it was a new complete head off ebay. no exhaust leaks, no vacum leaks (hints the new vacum lines) don't know about the valves staying open. yeah i really do need to do a compression test\ leak down.

do the compression / leak down and see what pops up.
if nothing's apparently wrong, you might be looking at injectors.

...

maybe put a timing light on and see which cylinder ain't blinking when the exhaust puffs, if you get what I mean.

yeah im going to check the timming, but the second video is not my truck that's a video of one i found on youtube that sounded just like my truck before it started acting up. the header on that truck is from lcengineering and so is the exhaust.

hey i have had the same problem happen twice with my truck. stock 22re 88 pickup. It only happened twice the first time i accelerated and it went away and the second time i had to restart the engine to get it to run without missing. i am throwing the same code and both times that it misfired was when i had less then a quarter tank of gas. ever since i have kept the tank full and have had no problems. still throwing a code hope that helps

i all ways keep my tank full, i don't think that's the problem but i appreciate your help, well the past few days every time ive went to start it cold and sometimes hot it will start and cut off and to get it to start i have to put my foot on the gas like a carburetor, so i no its running lean i just don't know whats causing it, its acting like it's not keeping fuel pressure. im thinking either the fuel pressure regulator is getting bad or the fuel pump. any advice would be appreciated

Do you have to crank on it for a while to get it to start? Smell any gas? make sure you dont have a leaky injector. other than that regulator and fuel pump sounds like a good place to start.

no, i don't have to crank on it for a wile. right wen i turn it over it will crank and then die, and ile crank it again and it will take maybe 3 turns and it fires an stays running. no the injectors have new seals and o rings, i have new pintal caps for them i just haven't put them on yet.
