22re exhaust / cat delete

94 p/u 22re cali
im going to pull the cat out and put a better flowing muffler in on the weekend.
Im going to cut az far foreward before the bend.
Thinking of going 2-2 1/4"
Might dump before rear wheel not sure yet..
From what i read i need to take the second o2 out of the stream by spacing it out.. how far should it stick in the stream? Or should it be completely out and in a tube?
Also should i move my main o2 foreward? Or backwards?
Any help or pointers would be great.
Thanks
Cam.

I don't care for dumping tailpipe infront of rear tire. Too vulnerable to damage offroad.
