22RE engine wiring issues

So, I'm just wrapping up replacing the motor in my 4Runner. it's an '86 22RE in place of an '87 22RTE. I swapped all sensors, vacuum lines, and injectors onto the "new" motor before swapping it, so I shouldn't have any compatibility issues.

anyway, most things aren't really being too difficult, but for some issue.....I cannot find the starter wire. I left the large wire from the battery attached, and just set the starter on the inner fender during the swap, but when I re-installed, there are no wires nearby that match the plug on the starter. anyone have a picture of it hooked up? or know whereabouts that wire is supposed to come from (is it supposed to come out of the harness with the rest of the sensors and whatnot? or maybe elsewhere from the firewall etc.).

thanks!
