I use Gates Rubber hose PN# 20801, around $10. It comes is a "S" shaped form, but when you cut the lower part off, it looks identical to the original and has the larger opening coming off of the water pump and the smaller end for the horseshoe pipe.
Gates PN#20801, just cut off where my finger is at. Alot cheaper then the dealer.
Here it is cut to length and on. I need to get some new hose clamps to finish the job.

There is of course a little trimming of the water pump hose, but I'm sure you can figure that out. I didn't even trim the part of the silicone hose that goes on the steel pipe. I just slid the steel pipe into the silicone hose all the way to the 90* in the silicone hose and put the clamp on it. I think I had to trim a little off the part that goes on the bottom radiator neck. What's a cs144 swap?

The one from the lower rad to the pipe should be Dayco B78015, and from the pipe to the water pump should be Dayco B71383.
The one from the thermostat to the upper radiator should be Dayco C71262.
The "pipe" is a hard part not available from the aftermarket, that I know of, so would have to come from the dealer or salvage.

When I did my timing chain, I went with Gates from O'Reilly. The radiator was changed 2 years ago with the upper and lower radiator to pipe hose but since I was replacing the timing chain, water pump, etc., I went with new hoses as well. You don't need OEM Toyota hoses and like others mentioned, Dayco, Gates, Goodyear, AC Delco, etc., are great replacements.
