22re badge for my grill
hey guys been making this 22re badge for about a week at school and thought i would show you guys it.
i started with a peace of MDF and cut out the letters and numbers. then ground them down. glued it to anothe peace of MDF then painted the mold. then i went and casted it out of aluminum. little bit of paint and sanding and it looked like this. had too drill and tap holes in the back and make a backing plate to hold in on.
reason i made this is because i figured if the crapy 3.0L got a V6 badge why dosent the awesome 22re get one right? so yeah haha
what do you think?

Looks good!
I put a little less effort into my 22re badge I just bought a new valve cover sticker and threw it on the tail gate
As a suggestions though, were it me, I'd try to recess it back into the grill a little, like the "Toyota" lettering is, so that it doesn't stick out like it does

Thats an awful lot of work... You could probably find some letters from a junkyard that would have worked... or
