22r head to 22re head.

So i have a 86 truck with a 22r took the head off and its cracked and junk. My buddy has a 22re head with the cam and valves in it and he said he would sell it to me for 80 bucks. Will it work? is there any modifications i would have to make? are the fuel pumps different? How hard would it be to put it on there? Also is 80 bucks a good deal on it? I know this has probably been asked a million times but i just couldn't find the answers i wanted.
