22R Fuse Layout

I was just doing some regular maintinence under the hood and noticed the sticker on top of the fuse block was getting worn off.

I'm wanna make a new one with CAD, but I can't read all of it on the left edge....

My main question is what does the one on the upper left read?

Mine say OHM then a dot, Fuel, Heater

The writing on the bottom says "Use the designated fuses only"
