can any one tell me the dimensions from bolt point to bolt point for a bumper mount on a 1st/2ng 4runner, so i can compare it to my bumper mounts, this would help a lot!

ok here's the problem, i dont have a toyota i didnt have the financial funds as being a 16 yr old to get one, but besides the point, i did end up with a nissan pathfinder, 1987, very similar to the 1st and 2nd gen, however, almost no one! carries offroading bumpers and such or ones i like, for nissan pathfinders but im very good at fixing vehicles ive fixed quite a bit for friends and my dad, so im not completly clueless, i have an idea that i think the two might be the same ,frame wise, but not exactly sure, and b4 i buy one thats made for a toyota, i'd like to see if im right,

the bumpers im looking at are marlin crawlers bumper with a stinger

and a couple of others but those are the two i really like

if u could post pictures too of the mounting points that would be great too so i can compare

I have a second gen and I'll be sure to get the demensions for you asap. However I highly doubt it's the same frame. I mean its two different companys after all. However if you can't find any then let me know and I could fab a bumper for you. I'll try to get some picks up of the one I built for my 2nd gen. If you like it then let me know.

Have you checked out Calmini's site at purenissan.com and AC's site? They have good support for the Nissan vehicles.

The guys over at nissanoffroad.net are pretty helpful to and can give you some help.

thanks alot, however with all the trouble and all, and the fact that i have a ton of miles on my pathfinder and im beiginning to think im gonna have a lot more problems with it, im planning on getting a 4runner by this summer after school gets out,
however if you could tell me how 4runner engines campare up to the nissan vg3o's? i love the nissan engine, its very powerful and strong, just woundering how it would compare to a 2nd gen, around the year of 1992?

as for genxr, i have been to calminis site, it was one of the first i found, however they dont have much besides a suspension lift for a nissan pathfinder, and ac aka(4x4parts.com) is absolutely amazing, however it doesnt have the style i would like for the most part, but thanks anywyas
