If something clicks when u operate the switch switch must be good.
My recommendation now:
1) With motor accessible, test by connecting directly to battery.
2) When u hear/feel the click, measure voltage at relay output going to motor. Operate switch the opposite direction. Measure voltage.
3) Ask fellow owners of truck, how each safety interlock ACTUALLY works on theirs. When in position unsafe for window operation, "DOES safety interlok connect to ground OR does it break connection from ground? Once u have that info, measure resostance to ground at pin where it connects to relay. Does it show safe or unsafe condition?
Simulate SAFE condition RIGHT AT PIN INPUT by removing pin or connecting input directly to ground. Test operation.

Safety interlocks may be keeping power from getting to motor, or even getting out of the relay outputs to motor (red and green wire). Safety interlocks may work different ways. Hence, (3).
