1990 pickup

hello im getting a whining noise coming from the front of the truck wile im driving only.IT stops once I come to a stop.Does anyone have a clue what this noise is?

Could be a wheel bearing. Could be anything really.

I know it cant be the belt or timing chain. Yea maybe a dry wheel bearing
