1988 4runner speedometer cable replacement trouble

Need suggestions, trying to replace the speedometer cable insert but the liner wont let the insert through, around the floorboard bracket. Anyone else ran into this?

Got it. Cleaner didnt work so I blew out the line. Took a little bit but I got it. It now works!
