1987 throttle position assembly issue

I am putting a new engine and carb in my 87 pickup. PO had stripped parts off the original carb. I didn't want to deal with figuring out what so I bought a rebuilt one. One thing that was removed was the throttle position assembly.

There is a vac line connection on it but I don't know where it goes and I can only find pics for a California truck, and the normal vacuum diagram doesn't include it. I think everything was stripped out so anyone have a pic of what I need for a non California truck?

Well I worked it out on my own and the engine is in and purring like a kitten.

Gotta love the deep NOtatech knowledge base.

Sweet glad to see you got it all worked out, having NOpatience doesn't help, then add a little bit of NObumps didn't help either. Or posting at 1240 am with NOother additions or "hey guys anybody" added to your thread to give it a little nudge.

Sorry I didn't see it and read every post that came through that night, although I don't have much experience with the carbs I might have givin you a bump or two, hard to say.

Sorry your NOtatech rubs the wrong way considering your all hurt because you didn't get a response on an Internet forum in a timely manner now you just want to talk a little smack.

On weekends or holidays, it can get a little slow around here. I too just found your post. Next time try bumping your post.
