1986 toyota brake help

I need some help...I have this 86 4x4 that I traded for...The brakes are in good shape..the problem is when you press the brake pedal it does not stop likeit is supposed to...kinda hard to press? I have bleed the brakes several times however the result are nopt much better...when bleeding them the fluid somes out good...i can't find any place there is a leak...any advice on solving the problem? could it be a bd brake booster?

if the brake pedal is hard and you feel like your brakes aren't working well, like it takes too long to stop and you almost have to stand on the pedal to make the truck stop, it could be the brake booster isn't working.
maybe the vacuum line or check valve that plugs into the booster is clogged or disconnected.
