12 Hole Injectors and ECU

Hello all. So I am building my 88 22re pickup that I got with no ecu, harness, or engine. After sourcing a harness and ECU, I found some injectors on eBay that got great reviews and I decided to try them out. (The link will be at the bottom of this post) they fit my 88 plugs on the harness but I noticed it came with an injector resistor bypass. I emailed the company and they said these injectors are around 12 ohms and don’t need the resistor. If these injectors are high impededence, wouldn’t this damage the ecu?

To add on to this, we could really use any ECU from an 86-88 as we are bypassing the injector resistor as from my understanding is the only reason 86-7 and 88 ECUs are incompatitble with eachother. Thanks!
