22RE Injectors not getting pulse

I'm doing a 22RE swap on my 84 using a 94 22RE. Everythings wired up correctly, but now suddenly the injectors aren't getting the ground pulse from the ECU. It worked fine yesterday while testing it, but it isnt doing much of anything today. The engine will start and run for about a second with the cold start injector, but the main injectors arent working. Hooking up a multimeter, I found that the injectors are getting positive power on the black/red wire but the white and white/red wire isnt grounding out like it should.

I fear I mightve let one of the wires ground out while testing and fried the ECU but since the No. 10 and No.20 wires that control the injectors ground out to fire anyway it shouldnt make a difference.

I've already checked the wiring from the igniter, ECU ground, injector to ECU wires, etc. but they all seem fine. I need to get this project finished soon so any help or info you guys could provide is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

10 / 20 are the ground pulses, as you mention.. I'd run continuity to the ECU.. After that, make sure the ECU is being triggered..
