1" body lift hardware length

Hey guys

I've been looking all over for info but cant find the information I need. Im installing a 1" BL that i made from a HDPE rod cut into pucks. I realize 1" BL is not really much but I just need it for tire clearance. At any rate, what length hardware should I pick up? I know the HW is different at different point on the body and I would just take them off and head to the store but Im limited on transportation, as in this is it.

Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It looks like I might have enough length on the stock hardware. Has anyone done this?

I've been looking to do a 1.5 inch body lift and been trying to figure out what changes I need to make to the vehicle other than the direct lifting hardware. I found mixed results, so I'm still not sure what exactly is required. Come on forum, give some absolute answers

realifedog, what clearance issue are you trying to solve? I want some more space between firewall and engine/exhaust crossover. I'll be adding a 2 inch or so body lift in the future.

Strangely, it rubs passenger side at the firewall when making right hand turns(33x10.5 BFG-ATs) but everywhere else is fine.

Why not just start at the front and go down one side and pull each bolt out and measure it and then put it back in? Add 1'' to each length and then go get the new hardware.

You might have enough length on the hardware, but I wouldn't run it. I'm a supporter or body lifts but you really should get appropriate length hardware. A 1" body lift from 4crawler runs less than $100 with new hardware.

Not a bad idea Robert, can't believe I hadn't considered that.

Drew, I am definitely reluctant of running stock HW. I would pick up the 4crawler kit but I already have the pucks cut and drilled so all I'm lacking is ~$25 in HW. trying to save my pennies...
