Tire balance

What is better to balance a tire with Equal (powder) or BB Soft pellets? I am mounting up 2 15/38.5x16 boggers and dont know wich way would be better. I cant use outside weights seeing that they only stay on for a month or so . please tell me pro's and con's........... thanks Kris

do a search on "beads" or "balancing" and you'll find some good threads discussing dyna beads and using softair bb's which provide the same effect. i haven't read anything about powder but i'd suspect clumping would become an issue with anything in powder form. people here have used bb's with success, using the quantity charts on the dynabead website. keep in mind tho that anything like this only provides a balance effect once you get up to speed. slow driving they just roll along on the bottom. you'll also find a thread on centramatics.
