SFA question

Hello,

going to be replacing my my front axle soon but want to build up the new one and use parts from the current one under the truck.

In in order to remount the wheels what all do I need on the front axle? Can I take the spindles, locking hubs, etc off? I just need it to be a roller so I can get it in and out of the garage and to the welder.

Thanks, Christian

Short of the hubs you pretty much need the whole thing if you want to bolt wheels on it. They are held on to by studs pressed in to the rotor.

Did I miss understand the question?

What are you planning on doing to the axle upgrade wise.?

yeah bascially that's the question. I don't need the steering attached or the axles in it. Just be able to roll it.
