The motor home conversion is absolutely stunning. Your son did a great thing. My condolences to your family & friends.

Re. a couple pages of posts back - Hammerhead 7, I put the air filter behind the headlight. I have seen all of your videos and posts on your exceptionally clean, completely rebuilt rig. Few rigs can match what you've built. It was great inspiration.

Thank you! Its cool to hear that.
I ended up redoing my intake setup a few weeks back. Filter was too moist for my liking after running in the water. I found a cheapish Snorkel on ebay and made up a new airbox and plumped it together using a toilet floor flange. and a 7" deckplate.

Any links to the snorkel Hammer? I need a passenger side snorkel as well and I like your box too. Is this all on a build page somewhere?

Unfortunately i didnt take the time to document building the airbox. I just started taking measurements and bending it up because there was a ride coming up soon and i didnt want to run without it finished. Used all Home Depot stuff to fit them together. And im still running the same round K/N filter inside the box.

Heres the link to the snorkel i used. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-Hilux...45e30c&vxp=mtr

Its not specifically for the Toyota trucks because our trucks run the snorkel on the drivers side using a stock located airbox. If you look at the pics of my truck youll see it doesnt follow the same line as the windshield. Didnt matter to me. The placement of the airbox had a little to do with where the snorkel was positioned too. Also im running 2wd fenders. Not sure if the 4wd flares will cause an issue. It looks good from the front.

The snorkel kit is pretty sturdy and im happy with it for the price. The only issue was with the plastic grill..It smacked a branch and broke. Just made up a new one out of steel to fix that.
