ok so somtimes(not all the time) my clutch makes a vlicking noise and i can feel the click with my foot through the pedal. Is this the throwout bearing? Is there somthing i need to lube?

 

i too have a problem when i let off the gas i read a slight grinding...if i disengage the clutch it goes out.....its been like this for a year

 

Check under the dash. Press the clutch in by hand while looking up at the clutch pedal linkage. It may be that, being it is a hydraulic clutch and you realy shouldn't feel anything that light through the line. You may need a bit of lube... Unless you take it to the dealer to check, then you'll need a lot of lube.
