lift height

I am trying to figure out how much of a suspension lift I have in my truck.

The rear has a 3.5" block with an add a leaf. I am not sure about the front. It only has springs on the front. Is the axle above the springs stock?

I think its either 4 or 5 inches.

Springs are over the axle on all 4x4 trucks/4runners

Stock height would be about 13.5"-14" from the top of a 15" rim to the bottom of the front wheel well:

4crawler- you are a wealth of information.

I have 16" rims though, so that would alter my measure by .5 in, correct?

Yes, 1/2 the diameter difference. That is why I stated the assumed rim size in my post.
