Hysteer crossover conversion quite a bit of work

I just did my hysteer conversion and damn was that some work. Also when taking it apart I found a bad knuckle bearing and leaking seal. So i had to do a knuckle rebuild that i got from AllPro as well as the hysteer. So now about 12 (3days) I am all done. It works great and i think will be one of the best mods for the money you can get for the performance. Here are a couple of finish pics. Post yours if you have some..

I paid AllPro to do mine, was well worth the $200 it cost me:

They had it done in one day.

This is wat it looks like now, after a few little mods:

In the pre-Longfield days, I broke most every heavy duty birf option out there, so this was the way to prevent that back then. Also, love the steering, much tighter turning radius than stock.

Seems like your box is a little far back.

With rears when it was in the stock hanger. Now it's 1" further forward.

i was worried about mine being fwd too much , i had the box right against the core support and tilted it back to where the nut on the tie rod end was 1 inch from the frame. it looked like it might hit but when i flexed it it didnt touch, i had about 2 inches or more when i was on the drivers side bumpstop. if i had to do it again id probabally cut the core support and go a few inches forward.

I didn't see anything in the article about leaving the box that far back but I didn't read the whole thing. Maybe there is. I did notice on Rogers rig the pitman arm looks a little shorter than the one on my rig.

It's your rig but I assumed that you wanted some commentary on it since you posted the pics. As long as you're happy with it that's all that really matters.

When I mounted mine I wanted to put rears on it and leave more room to move the axle up another inch or so if I wanted to accomodate larger tires. Now my axle is 3.25" forward of the stock location and there's no way it would work with the pitman arm I have and my box back that far.
