He probably has aftermarket housings like I do that get rid of the sealed beam. Although now I see he has a '91

Does flash mode work (pull back on the dimmer switch)?

New Member here. Got a 1990 Toyota truck. Lights do not come on when you turn them on. The bright light indicator on the dash panel is lite up in either lo or hi beams, but no lights. You can pull back on the dimmer switch though and the headlights come on. Any help or ideas of how to fix this? Is it as simply as cleaning the contacts?

Likely the contacts. What I did was observe which contacts moved in flash mode and then checked which moved between high and low beam modes. In my case low worked, high didn't, so I focused on cleaning the contact that moved in high beam mode.

Put back together

Found where the bb went. Parking lights work, but still no headlights. Can pull back though and get the high beams to turn on. Any advice is much appreciated.
