Compression test...one cylinder down..leaking head gasket... rebuild or not

well i think i figured out why my truck did not want to start when it is warm. Turns out i have a head gasket leak. I did a compression test and the numbers are

Cylinder 1........145
Cylinder 2........120
Cylinder 3........150
Cylinder 4........152

I did the wet test as well but the numbers were all over the place...i dont trust the gauge i got from autozone..the wet test numbers were

Cylinder 1........210
Cylinder 2........150
Cylinder 3........240
Cylinder 4........210

here is the leak...it is directly under cylinder 1 exhaust port, now how come it's cylinder 2 that is down on compression instead of number 1? Also whoever adjusted the valves before me set them too tight, i cant fit .12 on the intake nor i can fit .08 on the exhaust without forcing it in...will that effect the compression numbers?

Now for my options. Should i just throw a new head gasket on there and call it a day? The truck has 120k or so on it, doesnt smoke , and runs great even with the head gasket leaking.

The timing chain has been changed out not too long ago, the plastic guides are there

I cant seem to find one for a 85?

Thanks

did you do the test with all the plugs removed?

you said you dont trust the compression tested. I would get one you trust before you make any decisions on the engine.

Used all new OE Parts (water pump/oil pump/clutch) but used some cheapo head gasket
