bad manners TBE conversion

I just installed six shooter knuckles and TBEs and the road manners are not very nice. I am leaving on a super long road trip from Alaska to the 'end of the world' party in Mexico in a couple weeks. The steering manners are such that you can't hardly relax, kick back and cruise. There is no death wobble or anything like that, it just seems to want to wander just a little but all the time. I've adjusted the toe from 0 to .125 in with no noticeable difference. Any suggestions appreciated.

Vehicle specs: 89 x-cab, 85 solid axle, HP diff, arb, sky manufacturing springs ~3" lift

How is the camber and caster? Sounds like the caster may be out of spec. When you did the SAS, were the spring perches cut off and re-welded? Do the Sky springs come with any wedges or shims?

I dont have a way to check C&C w/o a rack, at least I dont know how w/o one. I'll do some reading. The SAS was done a few years ago and it steered fine with Skys hi-steer and stock trunnion bearings. I did not move the perches when I did the sas and there weren't any shims.
