4runner manual harness or pickup auto harness

Alright so heres the deal, im doing a 22r to 22re swap and i need to put in a new wire harness i have a manual harness out of a 4runner and an auto harness out of a pickup. I'm keeping the manual trans in the truck so i'm thinking i should go with the manual harness but its seems to be more complicated to put in then the actual pickup one.So i guess im just wondering what would be easyer?

The truck harness will be much easier to use, all you'll have to do is by-pass the neutral safety switch and figure out how to make the reverse lights work.

The 4runner was wired different for the rear lights and I'm sure other things.

you only need nine wire out of the harness, so when I did mine, I kept the orginal harness and added the wires I needed. It was really easy to do.

if you are using the computer from the manuel, the automatic wire is not a concern, but I think its a brown and black wire. Because I use the harness from an auto too.
