Clogged passageways are the cause of most EGR failures. The gas passes thru the plate bolted on the back of the head. The passageways in the head are difficult to rod out with the head on the engine.
btw: "Half Off" at Pick-n-Pull this Fri - Sun (11/23-11/25)! A used head would be about $30. (If you needed one...)

I already got my fill on that one! Dealership charges $130 for a new shift stick. What do I say to that? Well... I better keep it to myself. Are all of the vacuum hoses hooked up properly? Also the smog pump hoses... even the timing could throw off smog results. THat's the only reason why I failed it. 6deg. off... good Lord.
