1985 4runner oil leaks /timing chain advice?

Hi guys I just picked up an 85 with a 22re that has a bunch of oil leaks .The main leak appears to be the rear main and either the rear of the valve cover or the head gasket.
Truck seams to runs fine , oil doesn't appear to have any coolant in it, coolant doesn't appear to have any oil in it.Seems to have decent power for stock gears and 33's.

I plan on ordering a complete gasket set, New head bolts, OSK timing chain set with metal guides, Aisin water pump, new thermostat, Also figure on sleeving the rear crank and the damper just cus.

This is my first 22re , is there anything else I should consider doing while I am resealing and replacing the timing chain set on the engine? Any other parts I should pick up?,

I'm really trying to get this completed in a weekend. So any advice on extra parts to have on hand would be appreciated . This needs to be a reliable daily driver.
Thanks
