Weird noise in neutral, clutch pushed in goes away!

I have the same problem with my 95 4 runner, sounds like a nut is bouncing when I pre

I have the same problem with my 95 4 runner, sounds like a nut is bouncing when I Engage the gas or clutch and the noise intensifies when I go faster, it is a horrible sound that means something is seriously wrong. I changed the clutch and the throw out Bering but noise still there. I going try change the input Bering and see. Other then the noise the transmission shift like brand new. Any input helpful.

were u able to find any solutions because I am having the same exact issue and the noise goes away with pedal pressed just a bit. And doesn’t always come only in certain positions!
