ok i have a 1983 toyota pickup 4x2 this has been happening for the past 3 weeks been fiddling with it to make it work but i just cant find what wrong

1.battery wont keep a charge
2.whenever you press the clutch in it will die

idk if they are caused by one another but the alternator is fine the battery is new and the regulator is new if you can help that would be great thanks

see if it gets worse when you push the clutch in. Maybe something is wrong w/ the clutch switch.

 

well i brought my battery down to autozone they charged it put it back in the truck and it runs fine now im thinking that there is a short somewhere in the electical that is draining the battery but we will see
