Hi every one I had a hilux mk1 1980 truck in the late eighties I have got a wreck that I am trying to rescue any help will be appreciated :-)

So a bit about the truck would be helpful:
2 or 4wd?
What got wrecked? Front end, rear side??
So this thing has been sitting for 30 years after the wreck?

 

Not much information to go by. Any pictures, what kind of damage, how bad the damage? May not be as bad as it looks or it may just be a total loss and only good for parts.

 

Been sitting behind the Hog pen since the little mishap with the C-130 and the virgin crew chief ??

 

Hi needs restoring its a 1992 hilux 4x4 I need a rear Tub , axle rebuild kits ? chassis is a mess plates welded on to plates !! its all got to come off , i want this truck looking original :-)

It sitting that long, you are going to need to go thru the entire fuel system. The tank and lines are going to be nasty. What will look like rust in the tank is actually gas that has broken down and turned to crud. You can clean the tank or may just want to replace it.

Flush your brake and clutch lines as well. I would suggest just replacing your brake calipers, slave cylinders and master cylinder just because the fluid has broken down as well in it.

 

needs rear tub !! truck starts and drives just a mess !!

 

used or fiberglass bed are pretty much your only option save for patching your existing one. still no pics?
