Show pics of this 15" toyota transmission. the shortest I am aware of are the L-series at 20.75", G, W and R series manuals are 25" or so.
edit: you keep having pics fail to upload for some reason.
if you are using a free hosting service like Photobucket. copy and paste the [img] code into your post.
it almost seems like you are trying to put the [img] code around the file name from your computer...that won't work...
