They definitely look like 'em!
Not enough "studs" for a fakelock.

Here is my 1980 1st Gen From Australia.
Its nothing special, but it works.
2" spring lift, 18r with 4 speed (slow) headers and side pipe. has a good note to it.
Interior is simple, but works.

Currently have the rear diff apart to put a locker in, and replace bearings, pads etc.

Plans are to paint tub, find a rollbar, fit a 22r or a 22re, locker in front.

An '80 with an 18r and square headlights? Wierd.
Not what we're used to seeing in the states.
Welcome to yotatech and thanks for the pic.
Keep those first gens rolling!

Gotta love those wagon wheels, they've always been my favorite truck rim for the first gen body style. Hell, even on my old mans 78 suburban. talk about a damn tank!

Thanks Guys,
Positive of Year, it did have round lights, but the corner sections where shot and its hard to find a good set local.
Ended up buying a rolled 83 for parts and took the lights and grill.

This is how my Brother bought it, ran it for a while. broke it.

We fixed it and he chucked some 35's on it, broke it again.

My 83 3/4 ton longbed

Here's my 1983 3/4 ton longbed with over 400k miles. It's got a 22R-E with a 5 speed. It's my daily driver. I've had it for 3 years. I traded it for a 1990 Ford F350.
