Well, here's my 1983 for post 1983.

First day with Ferd 60/40 split bench seat. I consider this one of the best mods I've ever done.

This was a test run of my Truck-lite 33s for my signal lamps.

And this was day one, a little trip around the property. Terrified dogbeast is riding shotgun.
You can't see it, but I had no front driveshaft at this point.

here's one from before the round lights swap last spring:

I think it's about the same distance as before. It's the stock SR5 grille that I painted satin black.

Lovely parking job, there, Audi.

And I see that you fit the round headlights with the square headlight grill. I swapped everything when I did mine; wasn't sure that the round headlight bezels would fit with the square headlight grill. Looks like they do!

It really isn't a perfect fit, like yours. I'm planning on scrounging up a replacement, mostly because I may have hit one (or three) deer too many.
By the way, anybody else ever mention that these things are tough?
They're from an '03 Ford Ranger/Mazda B3000 extra-cab. My Dad has the same year Mazda, and when my cheapo APC seats died, I went this way.
These sit really high. I'm planning on shortening the legs by about 2" so they don't ride so high, and they basically bolt in with very little drilling.
Ferd doesn't sell whole seats, but if you're lucky, you'll find a scrapper that specializes in domestic trucks, that what I ended up doing. I definitely recommend finding one with an actual showroom or warehouse, because soft parts like interiors get better care there.
I bought mine from Cordova Truck Dismantlers in Rancho Cordova, CA.
With the People's Republic of Kalifornia's cut, I paid $215

@dropzone... thanks man... that carpeting job was cut and fit from a flat square piece of carpet. Started at the center where the shifter comes through then worked my way out. Brought me back to the days of high school carpeting, tinting and installing stereos in mine and friends trucks at 1:00 in the morning.
Anyhow, the shift bushings are Marlin, a whoppin' $20.00 for the nylon pair. However I do recommend the rubber accordian small boot replacement as this is the one I have shown in the photo that flaked away. An additional whoppin' $7.00. The one in my hand is pieces of the old one next to the new one installed. I didn't know it was all F'd up until I dug into it. Found pieces of the boot embedded between the bushings, not good.
As for the GT, 13.5. I love the smaller wheels, but for a 4X this is a perfect fit, IMO. Still smaller than stock.
@a_cent11... my goal as well and would have already done the carb, but not in Cali. I've read extensivly on Webers in CA and even if you can get them dialed in to pass smog, they won't pass visiual. If you know someone who smogs you're golden, but I unfortuanatly do not. The pic you posted... very nice!
