Front Axle/Hub rebuild question

I am in the process of doing a front axle rebuild and have a question regarding the inner hub shaft where the dust seal rides. I have some substantial grooves worn in the shaft. See picture. Is there an appropriate sleeve that will fit? Should I just roll with it and hope for the best? Other options?

There might be a redi-sleeve to fit that, IDK?

The real sealing is done by the inside seal.

If it was mine I'd put new dust seals on if the old ones were brittle, or damaged, clean that up with a little emery cloth, and Roll.

Thanks millball. I'm leaning towards just going with it. I've got all new seals and bearings from Marlin, so will definitely replace the old one. It was all dried up.
