Replace inner CV boots

Good morning all. I've got a 06 Tundra DC and purchased some high angle CV boots from ORS (ORS-HB201) recently and went to work on the driver side yesterday. As hard as I tried I couldn't get the hub off the axle shaft. I removed the 4 bolts to separate from the lower ball joint to allow the hub enough play. Everything I read and saw via video seems to reflect that the hub at this stage can easily slide off the axle shaft, but didn't work. I even attempted to rig up a make shift press using c-clamps and angle iron against the threaded axle nut but still nothing. I came into work this morning and started looking at the FSM online, is there a hub bolt that needs to come out? or just need a better puller to separate? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Disregard the above. Based on the FSM images it looks to just be seized on and in need of more manual effort to separate.

Yeah, before you pull-turn the hub assembly off the axle, gotta take off the cotter pin and muscle up on that hub nut. Its easier to hold the axle mechanically with the other wheel on the ground so it wont spin so easily. Helpful is another bar or rod you can wedge carefully between the wheel studs to counter against the ground while you break off the hub nut in the opposite direction of turn. Then you should be able to either pull or tap the hub away from the axle.

Here's a pic of the axle nut method on the passenger side of another make:
