yeah, but even a half inch isn't going to make a difference like that - it looks like it could be around 3" too long. The only other thing I could guess is that somehow your knuckles aren't mounted properly to the balls making them too close together, but I don't see how that could happen. Take some more pictures inside, outside and around the knuckles to see if we can see anything.

Sky just emailed me back and called me to get everything settled. The steering arms I received are for right hand drives. It all makes sense now!

Me too. Thanks for your help. Now I just need to get my axle shafts installed after I get the right arms. I'll probably end up grinding some like you said.

You know, I was thinking to my self "aren't the arms supposed to be tapered outward? Maybe he has the arms mounted on the wrong side." But I went back and looked at it and saw the two holes on the passenger side, which is correct. It did cross my mind that maybe it was for a RHD truck, but that didn't seem like it would even be a possibility for some reason. But now, it all makes PERFECT sense!

But now that you have to take the steering arms off, you might as well fit the axles in the bare balls before you re-assemble so have a better idea of what is giving you hell
