Can't find fuse

Can't find fuse
Hey, I've been going through hell with the wiring on my 34 year old truck and I've gotten almost everything squared away.
Just got her driving for the first time in a month and now there is no power to the dash light, break light heater fan or dome light.
Is that a fuse or a loose wire somewhere? I looked at all of the fuses and they seem to be intact.
I looked at the wiring diagram I have but I can't seem to figure out the actual location of the fuse. (From everything I've read it seems like it should be a fuse and that it should be red. That's as far as I've got on my own)
Thanks in advance for any advice, sure would appreciate some help getting back to being legal.

on my 81 with the exception of the fusible link all fuses are the glass ones under the left side of the steering column. None of them were a different color. Your's must be an 82 when they switched to the blade style fuses which would have different colors for each amperage
Lose wire is probably your culprit.
