anchor and shackle bolts?

what size are the front anchor and shackle bolts on these rigs? i'm hoping 9/16" so i don't have to buy new bushings when i go with the wag spring swap.

Al: if you don't get an answer tonight I will get you one when I get home...but I know it is gonna be metric...about 14mm which is pretty close to 9/16's

Assuming you mean spring hanger and shackle bolts, typically 18mm for all the above on the early trucks, and all odd-ball too, none are true bolts with a head and threads the same dia. as the shank of the bolt. So you'll find they have 14mm threads on the end with the nut, but 18mm inside the bushing.

my concern is that the bolts will be too big or too small for the bushings in the wag springs i'm swapping up front.

if the inside of the bolt where the bushing sits is 18mm i'm going to need larger bushings.

anyone have a good source for rubber spring bushings?

typically it is , toyota sizes are all metric .. US bushing manufacture are all SAE standard .. unless you "sleeve" the bushing .. you will have slop

yep, thats why i wanted to make sure to get the right bushings or it will wander worse than before!

now i'm on the hunt for 18mm inside, 1 1/4 and 1 1/2 inch outer sleeved bushings.

yeah i did, it turned out to be a faulty AND wrong temp thermostat. got it swapped out with a 195 and things were great, til the old radiator gave way and it started overheating. it sat for a few years so there was a lot of junk that got loosened up. tried flushing it twice without luck, so i put in an aluminum radiator, and it runs perfect temp now.
