Are you mudding? rock crawling? trail running? Makes a diff in what you want.
A 3.5" should do for ya unless you're unhooking the sway bar and flexing the front out pretty good. Even then you can remedy that with some minor fender well trimming. I have a 1" or 1.5" (don't remember) BL on mine. I don't "like" it, but I don't hate it either. Gave me just enough with the suspension I already had (3-3.5") to not rub with the 35's flexed out.

No PS and 35's would be a bear. Hope you got some guns or go to high steer.

3.5 should be fine for mudding. You're gonna need to go to 5.29 gears to turn those decently as well. might as well do lockers if you're in there. Oh, the money you'll spend!!

All part of owning a yota.

81 3 inch lift on 31s

On 35s

And on 33s.

I got these because the 35s rubbed a little and I wanted better gas mileage from the 33x10.5s.
Have 4.88s, Aussie lockers f/r and high steer. Perfect truck, I dd it and it goes pretty much anywhere I care to go offroad. 4.88s work well with 35s and 33s.

Yea im pretty sure at least one of those runs to the heater core. Those hoses get in the way when I try to take the cover off the motor.

well mine was leaking real bad and was going to block them off but finally fixed that but now another question why is mine getting hot. It idles under carport around 190 and i figure thats about right since its a 180 thermostat but when i go to drive it i know it gets up around 230 or 240 and it kills itself and i just let it cool down. It has new pump and thermostat.

need some help on timing. I can get it to run but idles high i have to pump the gas couple times to get it to run. When i go to idle down it starts missing and jumping around so i'm thinking it might be off a tooth on the timing chain what ya'll think?

you let it get hot?? if it was running fine before it got hot your timing must have been on then, if its rnning weird after you might have poped a head gasket
